Warranties

Warranties are critically important in inspiring customer confidence. A warranty shows that the manufacturer stands behind its product and that the service provider has confidence in its own team.

At Rain Gutter Specialties, many of our services come with two different kinds of warranties:

Product Warranties—These warranties are often provided by the manufacturers themselves. Gutters, downspouts, Gutter Toppers, and various other aspects of a gutter system are usually backed by a guarantee of quality. Different products will have different warranties—but usually if the product is found to be defective within a certain time period (usually several years,) you will be able to get a replacement or refund.
Service Warranties—These warranties apply to the installation services themselves. All our team members have been highly trained and we have great confidence in their abilities. If something does go wrong with our installation services, we will come back and set things right.
